What kind of warranty do your products have?
All of our products carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Additional warranty information is available on our Customer Support page.
What is the door made from?
The door is made from wood composite – also known as “Medium Density Fiberboard” (MDF), we refer to it as wood composite.
Is the door construction traditional stile and rail?
No, it is a solid one-piece construction. We take a solid wood composite sheet, cut it to size and mill the design into it.
What door sizes are available?
We offer standard or custom widths available up to 3’6”(42”); up to 10’0”(120”) height.
What door thicknesses are available?
We offer 1-3/8” and 1-3/4” thicknesses.
What is the difference between a profile vs. a design?
A profile is the milling that is done – a “cut-away” or cross- section view. A design shows how many panels and how they are laid out on the door.
What door finishes are available?
We only offer one (1), a white factory primer. We recommend sanding all doors surfaces lightly and evenly with 180 - 200 grit sandpaper. Then, apply two topcoats of high quality latex or solvent-based paints to all surfaces.
